Frequently Asked Questions
👗 What is the dress code?
Our wedding will blend boho-luxury, rustic charm, and elegant traditions, so we encourage attire that reflects the beauty of the day. This is a Nigerian–Zimbabwean celebration, and we invite our guests to embrace African fashion in all its vibrancy and elegance.
🎨 Are there any colours guests should avoid?
Yes, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing Red and Gold, as these colours are reserved for the bride and groom.
💸 What is the African tradition of spraying money?
Spraying money is a beautiful and joyful African tradition commonly seen at celebrations, particularly weddings. Guests shower the bride and groom with money while they dance as a gesture of love, blessings, and well wishes for prosperity in their marriage. If you would like to participate, please feel free to bring cash in small denominations. Participation is entirely optional but greatly appreciated as part of the festive experience.
